E built this with Cardboard / Corrugated Boxes. He recycles these boxes into many things.

How to build this.
- Find a cardboard box
- Cut the boxes’ lines on top & bottom carefully
- Make a Square hole in the top (Opening for Helicopter) & front (Door for Police car) of the cardboard box.
- Stick / Attach the two together on one side, so that it covers the top of the cardboard box
